FESTIVAL 101: SOUND TRACKSMay 1, 2013
If there ever was a Festival to score points on originality it would be Sound Tracks, the East London event which sees an eclectic mix of artists taking to the tubes as punters travel from one event to the next (11TH May). Imagine that, just sitting there waiting for a train when all of a sudden you have some seriously talented people serenading you down the tracks, swinging from the tube poles and causing some friendly mayhem.

Amongst train partying, this festival journey stops off at selected clubs and spaces dotted around East London, each one showcasing new artists and musicians with varying tastes and influences. Art and chill out events span across the evening with activities going down at the Brunel Museum, Canada Water library, The Geoffrey Museum and guest stylists at Dalston’s Oxfam store. And as if this isn’t enough you can get cool with culture with classical sets in open air environments and sculpture installations from Artist Sam Zealey. Boom.
