DISPOSABLE DIAIRES #12 – CAIROBI

When you consider that the psychedelic-pop outfit known as Cairobi feature five members from four different nations (Mexico, France, Italy and Austria), it’s a stretch to dub them as a London band – and on first listen of their newest track Zoraide, you’d almost put money on them being from a tropical, far away land.

However, it is London they call home and that fittingly provides the location of our tenth instalment of Disposable Diaries. In the lead up to their sell out show at Dalston’s Shacklewell Arms, we sent the Cairobi crew a disposable camera to document 24 hours of their life.

No rules, no shame – photography from the depths of the unknown.
